To make it easier to prepare your classified ad for publication and to minimize the chances for error, it is required that the ad be typed or hand-printed on the order form. If typing your ad, please use upper and lower case; We do not print ads in all CAPITAL LETTERS. Please proofread your ad before mailing. Include year of the item for clarification, spell out words where helpful for clarity. Please include your name and CTCI number in your ad. Ads and photos may be emailed to: ctcioffice@ctci.org, but must include the required information. Payment must be received by deadline date. See order form on the last page of each issue.

The EarlyBird staff takes no responsibility for errors in the printed copy herein unless it is received typewritten. Photos may be black & white or color. Please send print, not negative or slide, or email digital photo. Do not cut prints to size, we will enlarge or reduce as needed. No photocopies or computer printed photos please.

CTCI endorses no advertiser, nor guarantees the quality of any merchandise offered. We reserve the right to refuse the advertising of persons suspected of devious business practices.

CTCI does not bill classified advertisers for multiple insertion ads. Payment must be received by the deadline date.

Web page ads: In addition to the 1955-57 T-Birds for sale ads printed in the EarlyBird magazine, CTCI members may list the same ad on the CTCI Internet web site (www.ctci.org), including your photo in color. Add $35 for Web page ad. Web page ads will run concurrently with the magazine ad. All you have to do is specify if you want a web page ad in addition to your magazine ad and our Editors will enter the ad text and photo for you. You do not have to own a computer to submit an ad for the web site. Mail or email the photo with your ad. (See ad form on last page of each issue or on this web site).
